
Our Process
1.
Conversation
We like to kick things off by having a relaxed conversation via Zoom or Skype to get to know one another. It’s important to establish wether or not we’re going to be a good fit for one another. We’ll ask you questions about you and your business, and the specific problems you’d like to solve, so we can know for sure we’re the right fit for the job.
2.
Q&A
Once we’ve established that we’re the right fit for one another and we feel absolutely confident that we can deliver the best results for you, we’ll provide you with a set of questions to answer to help us understand important details about your business. We’ll also guide you as to any info or content we’ll be needing from you in order to ensure we have all the information we need to handle your project successfully.
3.
Research
When we have all the info we need, we’ll conduct an inspection or Brand Audit. By examining all your existing media and brand touch points, we’ll be able to deduce what’s working and what’s not. (If you don’t have any existing media to look at, like in the case of a new business, we’ll skip the audit and spend more time doing market research).
4.
Planning
Now that we know the ins and outs of your business, we’ll combine this knowledge with our knowledge of branding to develop a brand strategy. We’ll present our solutions to you in a presentation consisting of detailed steps, mood boards, inspirations and examples.
5.
Design
Once you’ve approved of our plan for your business, we get to the bit wet love best and get our little fingers dirty by getting stuck into design. Design is not merely applying a look and feel to your brand. Design is assigning smart and purposeful visual, interactive and content elements that serve the function of conveying your brand’s message whilst appealing to your ideal audience. Design is the perfect example of the marriage between science and art.
6.
Implementation
Upon final approval, well set everything “live” as well as providing you with a link to a file containing all the elements we’ve developed for you. Depending on the plan we’ve developed for you, the next steps may involve some testing, acquiring data and analysing it. At this point you will know how to use and represent your brand.
